A bit about us

Amy Outterside

MAUDP, MSc Psych, Integrative Coach, PGCert L-I CBT

Currently a mental health practitioner in the NHS, Amy is a qualified coach and behaviour change specialist. Her core skills are helping others break down the barriers to living a life that improves their mental and physical health.

She began her academic and professional career designing healthy cities, fascinated by how city design can impact physical and mental health. Through research and practice, she came to realise that when it came to healthy living, the environment only made up half the puzzle. There were strong psychological factors at play; individual choices and differences that led to better or worse outcomes. Curious to find out why we don’t do the things we know are good for us - Amy changed her career and undertook a part-time MSc in Psychology, turning her passion for wellbeing into an academic pursuit.

Today, Amy has built wealth of knowledge across all things health and wellbeing. Whether you want to improve what you eat, how you move, how you relax, manage your anxiety or low mood, she is on hand to help you understand why these things matter - and importantly, help you make lasting changes to your lifestyle so you can live harmoniously with your body and soul.

Malvika Joshi

BSc Hons, Integrative and Narrative Coach

Malvika is a Marketing leader with over 11 years of experience working in multinational companies across Europe. She has worked with world's leading online coaching platform and has trained with some of the best coaches in the world.

She works with individuals to help them navigate transitions in their lives and find balance. Infusing mindfulness, narrative coaching, and Cognitive behavioural coaching, she partners with clients holistically to empower them to take the next step in their journey.

Having lived in 3 different countries she brings a diverse perspective to the modern day challenges. She's an expert in navigating change, passionate about self development and is a dedicated student of life with an integral approach to coaching.
